| with over heating issues. I've had the car back for a week or so now, and finally worked up the courage to do a "block test" for combustion gas in the coolant. The head gasket is blown. I will be doing compression and leak down to quantify it, but for now, thats all that I needed to know. I'm a bit deflated and now on a quest to find a daily driver asap. :( I always thought I'd be doing gt28rs's the next time the motor was out but I'm not sure I'm ready to spend like that at the moment. Just thought I'd share the news...
